Trace amounts of the herb known as Jimmyweed was found in Rose's bloodstream. This plant is highly toxic to humans, even in relatively low doses. It is common in this region of the United States.

AN UPDATE FROM THE TOXICOLOGIST:
Shockingly, no Jimmyweed residue (or any other poison) was found on the smoothie cup. Rose also wasn't allergic to any of the ingredients in the smoothie.
Perhaps the smoothie wasn't what killed Rose at all...
